Your new VoIP switch and online billing system can be up and running in a
few hours. To create a new account, please send an email to sales@dualsoftswitch.com with
the following information:
- Your name
- Your full postal address
- Your telephone number
- A "Provider Name". This will be your user name for logging onto DUAL
Softswitch. Your customers will also use this as part of the login process for their
control panels.
- Your company or service name. This will appear on your customers' control panels.
- The currency that you will be operating in. Please tell us the short symbol (eg.
"$") and the full name ("eg. "US Dollars").
- The number of decimal places to which call costs should be calculated (0-5).
- The abbreviated name of your country's sales tax. This is only required if you
want the sales tax to appear on your customers' online invoices.
- The maximum number of concurrent calls that your DUAL Softswitch needs to be able to
handle.
- Whether you need an RTP Proxy service. If so, the number of channels required and
whether they should support all codecs or just low bit-rate codecs.
- Details of a carrier for us to build on your switch. For SIP carriers, we will
need to SIP proxy address, username and password.
Our sales team will then allocate you with a password to log on to the DUAL Softswitch Administration
System. Shortly afterwards, a switching engine will be attached to your account
and you will be informed of its dedicated IP address. |
