Your initial purchase will include the remote installation of the software on your server. Alternatively, we can provide a Windows server with all the necessary software pre-installed before shipment. A support element is included, covering you for a fixed number of hours to assist you with system administration.
Support services

A-Z termination
We offer a reliable H.323 termination service that can help you launch your service as quickly as possible. We can terminate your traffic while you are negotiating commercial arrangements with other carriers and implementing interconnections. This service can also be useful for handling your base A-Z traffic while specific destinations are switched by DUAL Softswitch to your own termination facilities.
DUAL Softswitch automatically routes failed calls to multiple carriers. So, you can optionally keep our A-Z termination service in your routing tables to protect you against failures of your own carriers.
