Call switching
- Calls can arrive and leave the switch using H.323 or SIP.
- For H.323, gateway to gateway; gatekeeper to gatekeeper and gateway to gatekeeper are supported.
- For SIP, IP address and DIGEST authentication (30 minutes or per-call) are supported.
- Many signalling options can be set for customers and carriers, assuring a consistent call signalling flow.
- Optional RTP proxy to support NAT Penetration.
Call rating
- An unlimited number of tariffs can be uploaded and assigned to customer accounts.
- Tariffs can be overidden on a per-account basis to supported specially negotiated selling rates.
- Currency and rating precision calculations can be defined.
Call routing
- DUAL Softswitch builds a base routing table based on Least Cost Routing.
- Carrier rate sheets can be uploaded as CSV files and used to build the base routing table.
